Anywho, (hey, is anywho a word?) does your family open a present on Christmas Eve? Mine does. I think the one I plan to open is a box set of a TV show. Guessing CSI or Ugly Betty, considering its for both me and my sister.

Oh, Barnes and Noble is huge. And a good place to shop for Christmas. Saw a few Happy Bunny books there. And a book of useless facts. It's like they were thinking of me...

Golden Compass II

Okay, to build on what Cha (hersheygurl) said about people telling each other not to watch the Golden Compass movie or read the books. Now, I loved those books because they were created in a really creative fantasy world and the story was really good. When they killed God in the end, I didn't agree with it, but I kept reading the book because it is the author's right to write about what he wants. And so, I declare that the Golden Compass is a perfectly fine book to read, and just because you've read it and liked it does not mean that you are automatically an aetheist or evil or possessed by the devil or anything.
